We are looking for a Principal Engineer focused on accelerating engineering velocity across the organization by improving the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) through automation, AI, and process optimization. Your output is not features; it is engineering speed and efficiency.

• Audit and optimize the PDLC across all squads
• Design and implement AI‑driven QA automation with the target of 0% human QA
• Define and roll out AI steering file standards
• Build internal developer tools and automations
• Improve CI/CD pipelines (validation, deployments, regression detection)
• Create guardrails that enable product teams to ship confidently
