Darbix is on the lookout for an experienced Principal Scientist to head the late-stage development of modified mRNAs. Your responsibilities will include formulation and characterization of modified RNA and leading a collaborative research team. This is an essential role for advancing our therapeutics targeting rare genetic diseases and cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily lab operations and team guidance
• Develop and validate purification and formulation protocols
• Perform comprehensive biophysical characterization of LNPs
• Design and implement in vivo studies for therapeutics
• Prepare findings for internal and external presentations
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in relevant scientific discipline
• 7+ years of hands-on mRNA experience
