The Role: Principal, Strategy & Operations (Banking)

As a Principal of Strategy & Operations, you are critical to driving growth and profitability through Neo’s product lines. You won’t just contribute to growth; you will architect it. Strategy & Operations works alongside Marketing, Product and Engineering to design, build, and operate products that our consumers love. You will have direct ownership of a core component of Neo’s P&L. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a “General Manager” for one or more of Neo’s product lines, translating high-level company vision into a rigorous, multi-year operational roadmap.
