About This Opportunity
What will you do? - Assure compliance to manufacturability, assembly and electro‑mechanical guidelines in the product designs through early involvement in the product development process
- Support development of manufacturing execution system (MES) and equipment specifications
- Support development and execution of equipment and process qualification plans
- Hands‑on execution of manufacturing prototype and pilot runs in Schneider facilities, suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Hands‑on involvement in design, deployment, and qualification of specified manufacturing equipment
- Prepare and give input to detailed task‑driven schedule for equipment development
- Actively participate in problem‑solving of manufacturing / quality issues
- Investigate new technologies and solutions to prepare for review with senior engineers
