Objective of the position

The objective of the position is to further develop, industrialize, and sustainably stabilize production-related process technologies for bonding processes. The role acts as a technical expert and production-oriented process owner, ensuring robust, capable, and standardized manufacturing processes throughout development, acquisition, industrialization, and series production, while supporting the company’s strategic, quality, cost, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Adaption of development and production topics in process development for gluing technologies according to SEP guideline.
• Creation and further development of documentation (e.g., process data acquisition, mind map, validation plan, continuous data recording during the development phase).
