Key responsibilities include development of programs to machine castings and selection of tooling required to fabricate parts to documented specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Improvement: Key contributor in the RCPS process with role Problem Solver. Investigate issues (production losses, quality problems, scrap, broken tools, safety risks, hazards, injuries, etc.), problem-solve, and implement and verify solutions to eliminate recurrences.
- Project Implementation: Receive hands-offs from Engineering: Give input on engineering changes, assist with implementation, and confirm changes are complete and fully functional.
