Process Engineer

What you’ll do:

Responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining sewing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Implements continuous improvements through Lean methodologies, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA), and project management, aligned with organizational standards and customer needs.

Apply Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and cost.

Innovate in processes in response to changes in customer demand and product complexity, ensuring process scalability in a globalized manufacturing environment.

Balance operational efficiency with operator well‑being (ergonomics, safety) through optimized layouts and technical documentation (PFMEA, control plans, work standards).
