Process Engineer - Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role is responsible for developing, optimizing and controlling electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, PTH, Integration, Polymers), ensuring process stability, product quality and operational efficiency.

What a typical day looks like

• Develop, validate, and maintain SMT, PTH, Integration, and Polymer processes.
• Lead improvement projects focused on Yield, Defects, Scrap, DPMO, and OEE.
