About This Opportunity
Key Responsibilities - Directly manage and develop the Senior Process Engineer, Cable Assembly Process Engineer, Molding/Over molding Process Engineer, and Assembly Process Engineer
- Provide technical and execution leadership across product development, NPI, line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing
- Ensure strong collaboration with Product Development, Fixture Design, and Test Engineering teams
- Drive consistent application of DFM and DFA to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and scalability
- Review and approve process definitions, validations, and line-transfer readiness
- Lead issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for process-related production issues
- Balance resources, priorities, and execution across multiple products and process technologies
- Coach and mentor engineers on technical depth, problem solving, and shop-floor execution
