The Procurement Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the procurement department.
This role will be responsible for drafting and updating procedures, maintaining documentation, and assisting with basic reporting and data analysis using tools like Power BI.
A strong customer service orientation and bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are essential for success in this position.
- Support the drafting and updating of procurement procedures and processes.
- Manage documentation related to vendors, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Generate and follow up on reports and KPIs using Microsoft Office and Power BI (basic level).
- Provide timely and professional support to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication within the procurement cycle.
