Position Title: Procurement Manufacturing Associate Director – Direct Procurement

THE ROLE

The Direct Purchasing Procurement Associate Director is responsible for implementing sourcing global strategies locally for the acquisition of all materials (raw and pack materials) and any other critical inputs for the manufacturing of Wella Care and Color products, guaranteeing optimal quality, cost and delivery times. This position plays a key role in supplier relationship management negotiations performed at local level, and the implementation of savings projects as well as sustainable and efficient purchasing practices. Additionally, you must collaborate closely with other areas of the company, such as production, quality, and finance, to align purchasing objectives with the operational needs and strategic objectives of the organization.
