Overview

Your Opportunity: This is a professional position with Assisted Living Alberta Community & Continuing Care Contracts. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all activities relating to the competitive bidding process, preparing contract documents, assisting with contract implementations/conversations, and assisting with contract management matters.

As a Procurement Specialist III, you will showcase your excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and external vendors. You will develop new contracts and contract amendments that create value and mitigate risk to AHS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to the competitive bidding process, including RFx evaluations.
• Prepare contract documents and assist with contract implementations.
• Manage contracts within assigned categories in compliance with AHS procurement processes, policies and guidelines.
