**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Collaborates with customers, partners, peers and stakeholders to understand opportunities, identify key customer experience issues, collect product & business requirements, define the scope of work, create user flows, wireframes and sketches to communicate UX concepts- Helps to shape the design vision and strategy while driving the execution of our customer facing products that engage, delight and resonate with MSC customers.
- Ensure quality of experience achieves our standards of quality, and remains in scope; collaborate on alternatives when scope or technical implementation challenges arise- Champion design work to senior leadership for review and feedback.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, editorial and content teams to oversee the experience of a product from concept until launch.
