Product Lead – Product Management

A Product Lead owns the product direction for a small autonomous squad. You decide what to build, why it matters, and whether it worked. You’re accountable for business outcomes, not just features shipped.

What We Expect

Experience

• 5+ years in product management, product engineering, product design, or a hybrid building role
• Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics, not just features that launched
• Experience working directly with engineers as peers
• You’ve built something in production yourself

Technical Fluency

• You can prototype a working concept using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Comfortable with Git: cloning repos, creating branches, pushing commits, reading diffs
• You can read code well enough to follow what a PR does and ask good questions about it
