Product Management Operations Director is a senior leadership role reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer. This position elevates the overall effectiveness of product management across Ross Video by building systems, disciplines, and culture that enable great product management at scale. The role focuses on enabling, influencing, and coordinating product management practices across business units while ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and implement the Ross Way to Product Manage (RWTPM), ensuring alignment with the Ross Way to Sell and Ross Way to Develop. Establish and scale best practices, frameworks, and standardized processes across product management.
