Purpose of Position

The Product Management Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of commercial, administrative and reporting assistance to the product management team and plays a key role as liaison between the sales teams, procurement team and suppliers. The specialist supports driving profitability through active market sales price management and other commercial excellence activities within the product portfolio. Successful specialists can expect a career path leading to other commercial roles.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Product Management Specialist Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming pricing requests from Salesforce.
• Maintain purchasing information requests (PIRs) in SAP.
• Initiate and complete thorough follow‑ups on change requests for the assigned product portfolio in MDM/MDG, ensuring priority for open sales orders or commercial urgency.
