**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for internal developer tools and core components of the Neodeluxe web app
- Deliver powerful, efficient solutions that multiply developer consistency, efficiency and velocity
- Balance competing priorities from downstream product lines
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and users
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, writing and quality, to ensure successful product development and deployment
- Develop and manage product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product iterations
- Communicate product plans, updates, and milestones to key stakeholders and leadership teams
