Position Summary
In this role you will lead the commercial strategy and lifecycle management for assigned rheumatology products to achieve annual sales and margin targets. You will lead a sales force and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure market access, brand growth, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and manage the full product lifecycle from launch, ensuring competitive and sustainable positioning.
- Define and implement the business plan, including objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and execute the Annual Brand Plan and Long‑Range Plan, including commercial planning, brand positioning, lifecycle management, demand planning, resource allocation, and identification of risks and opportunities.
