Overview

The Product Operations Leader is responsible for leading and executing activities that facilitate the profitable movement of goods throughout their lifecycle. The leader coaches Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) to ensure efficient product flow from truck to floor and drives visual merchandising, sales trend reactions, and margin optimization. They help build an engaging store culture that promotes employee growth and development.

Functional Lead execution of activities to support strategic priorities and the efficiency of product flow processes. Lead execution of D2F process and visual operations, reacting to sell‑through and focusing on the flow of goods to the sales floor and back‑of‑house setup.
