As a key leader reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy, you'll oversee product strategy, e-commerce excellence, and advanced CRM automation initiatives. Your focus on maximizing customer engagement will bridge business objectives with technical execution, collaborating across diverse teams for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own KPIs for retention and churn reduction
• Build a data-driven CRM and e-commerce roadmap
• Manage a backlog translating CRM goals into requirements
• Lead workshops to identify customer pain points
• Partner on CRM strategy integration with e-commerce platforms

• 6+ years in Product Ownership and CRM Strategy
