The Product Owner - Survey role supports the design, build and scaling of a modern, automated, and AI-enabled survey system and process. This role focuses on transformation design, platform integration, feature build, user enablement, and operational scalability, ensuring survey products can be executed globally with speed, quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep requirement discovery to understand business needs.
• Refine client and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate conversations with requesters to ensure alignment, clarify scope, and uncover edge cases or dependencies.
