**Job Summary:**

Manages market strategic development. Designs and implements market penetration plans and programs to accomplish business plans or organizational goals targeting business performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Utilizes macro, market, or technology trends, to shape the long-term product plan. Collaborates with Market Segment teams and Account Managers utilizing Human-centered Design (HCD) principles to understand requirements and develop customer-led product plans. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the current product to provide input for future product change. Creates product road map in support of a specific market segment. Supports Synchronized Business Planning (SBP) Product Review process as the owner of specific projects and market segments within the Master Project List (MPL).
