About the Role

The PSE will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring timely collections, strengthening the distribution network, and implementing effective sales promotion strategies. This role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting trade schemes, managing customer relationships, and contributing to area development.
The incumbent will report to the ABM/BM. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets; enforce a 30-day credit policy and monitor outstanding payments.Collect documented orders with defined payment terms from dealers, distributors, and institutions.
