A Production & Assembly Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient production of components and assembly of finished waste and recycling containers to customer specifications. This role supports both CNC plastic lumber production and modifications within the Production Department and plays a key part in maintaining product quality, safety, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

• Operate CNC machinery to cut plastic lumber components according to programmed specifications and production schedules
• Load and position materials accurately to ensure proper machine setup and alignment
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
