Dedicated Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Job Duties

• Plan and schedule material processes according to the production schedule
• Monitor the production plan and resolve any potential material issues
• Investigate production problems; analyze root causes and systems, including MRP, Kanban, and heijunka to improve material consistency
• Analyze delays and shortages; communicate production material requirements to meet delivery dates
• Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages
• Coordinate with production to plan and implement engineering change notices (ECN’s)
• Monitor production progress and ensure that all materials are scheduled to arrive on time
• Maintain reports for production staff and Managers
• Meet with Production staff daily to stay up to date with schedules and priorities
