About the Team:  South China Morning Post (SCMP) is looking for a highly skilled production editor to join our Specialist Publications department, a lifestyle content division focused on fashion, culture, F&B, travel and more.

This is a four-month contract role to cover maternity leave from July to October 2026.  Purpose of the Position: Edit written materials for clarity, style, accuracy and adherence to editorial guidelines.

Create engaging headlines and optimise articles for readability and searchability.

In this role, you will:  Edit and rewrite copy for the Post’s various Specialist Publications titles, in print and online.

Be responsible for correct grammar, spelling, application of house style and tone of the published work.
