About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Lead efforts to troubleshoot, improve and optimize existing and new manufacturing control systems and equipment across the production floor.
- Manage the integration of manufacturing equipment into a machining lines.
- Perform equipment and/or process qualifications and validations (including risk assessments).
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide resolution of equipment issues.
- Manage projects (including capital expenditures) to schedule and within budget.
- Perform all necessary functions from the purchasing, installation, validation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Responsible for compliance of manufacturing equipment/processes and documentation.
- Document new and existing procedures as they relate to the manufacturing process.
