Support the daily management of the Production department by performing a wide variety of duties to assist in quality control, sanitation, and stock rotation; as well as, planning, assigning, and leading the work of others. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Production Line duties include producing high-quality fresh‑cut fruits and vegetables for local foodservice and retail markets; learning to use dicers, cutters, slicers, and packaging equipment.
- Ensures completion of and review daily production quality check sheets.
- Regularly review the progress of work in department to ensure that staff are supported, questions have been answered, and problems solved.
