Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of production supervisors to drive performance, accountability and engagement. Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, open communication and continuous learning.Set clear production goals and create plans to achieve them. Communicate expectations to partners, ensuring that everyone understands their role in achieving business objectives.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to between departments to ensure smooth production processes, including but not limited to quality, sanitation, R&D, supply chain, distribution, & Human ResourcesOrganize and lead regular team meetings to discuss safety, performance, key performance indicators, and any challenges or opportunities in the production process.
