Woodshop Production Manager

to lead our woodshop team and oversee the production of premium custom wine cellars, wine racking, cabinetry, and furniture-grade millwork.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands fine woodworking, cabinetmaking, production flow, machinery, finishing standards, and the importance of delivering beautiful, high-quality work on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a skilled woodworker, a practical problem solver, and a strong shop leader who can keep people, materials, machines, and jobs moving efficiently.
