We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Production & Shipping Coordinator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Follow up daily production progress and finished goods status
• Coordinate shipment schedules according to customer and business demands
• Monitor order delivery status and identify potential delivery risks
• Report and coordinate solutions for delays, material shortages, quality issues, and logistics problems
• Prepare daily and weekly shipment reports and production tracking data
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, customs brokers, and forwarders for cross-border shipments
• Support customer order changes and assist in resolving delivery-related issues

• Experience in manufacturing, production follow-up, or shipping coordination
