RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages directly the Sr. supervisors, supervisors and indirectly (Dotted line) all function related to the APU.
• Monitors competences for his/her team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow‑up & training actions implementation).
• Ensures working standards are respected on its APU during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, and product respect).
• Ensures that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and performs escalation according to standards.
• Leads daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organizes delegation.
• Conducts annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning and gives feedback.
• Communicates a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement inside its APU.
• Is responsible for customer satisfaction.
