Production Supervisor - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

General Summary The role of the Production Supervisor is to ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the shift/line/area production plan. This is accomplished by leading a large team of employees. Leadership of people includes participating in the hiring process, employee on-boarding, performance management and corrective action. Pro-active cooperation with other groups on site and within Crescent Foods to ensure that their area and people are fully aligned with the company. While ensuring manufacturing key performance metric indicators support the highest level of customer service and manufacturing efficiency. Primary Responsibilities
