**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Define and ensure execution of the master production plan
+ Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, scrap, labor efficiency
+ Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
+ Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies
+ Optimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
+ Coordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain
+ Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues
+ Promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.
+ Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.
