University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. +3 years of experience with molding/plastic injection machinery. + 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor. Experience handling ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and their application. (Certification is a plus).
