**Location**:JUÁREZ, NUEVO LEÓN**Opportunity Kohler Faucets****BASIC FUNCTION**Under indirect supervision coordinates the activities of a group of salaried and union associates in several departments or a full shift engaged in production and support activities.Will be responsible for all objectives as established by the Manager-Manufacturing to maintain the department in good working in order to provide a safe work environment and achieve targeted production objectives.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**Manage effectiveness of several departments throughout the plant and achieve production objectives through efficient utilization of assigned personnel, materials and equipment per Engineering Standards.Communicate expectations of departmental associates directly to Foremen.Facilitate understanding and acceptance of expectations to same individuals with daily/weekly/monthly reviews and continuous monitoring of performance results as prescribed by Production Manager.Provide leadership a...
