The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest quality and efficiency. This role involves coordinating activities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities - Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results towards sales and production plan.
- Continuously improve metrics to improve PVQC (People, Velocity, Quality and Cost). Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Ensure proper alignment of personnel.

- Manage in accordance to Mexican labor laws and ensure that the personnel under facility has a high level of morale and teamwork.
