Your Tasks - Plan and organize production capacity (personnel and equipment).
- Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, tracking production schedule, employee attendance and employee satisfaction).
- Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries.
- Support and leadership in the area of continuous improvement for the production team. Actively promote a positive work environment by recognizing employees' efforts toward continuous improvement.
