- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
- Manage multiple incidents and requests simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
