Job Purpose

The Team Leader provides leadership and direction on the assembly floor for robotic assemblers and technicians. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, meeting production targets, and motivating the team to achieve business objectives measured through key performance indicators (KPIs). The Team Leader assigns daily priorities and ensures critical tasks are completed on time.

The Team Leader is also technically proficient in mechanical and electronic assembly. They support the build of precision assemblies and subassemblies of varying complexity and can troubleshoot issues and document findings in detailed reports.
