Position Title: PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD

Reports to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: Regular, Full-Time, Days, Occasional Overtime

Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Lead will facilitate and direct the workload within their respective departments to ensure the achievement of company objectives regarding on‑time shipments, product quality, labour efficiency, material efficiency, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for internal Allseating customers with respect to production related issues and concerns.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of Out of Box Quality (OOBQ) by conducting regular quality checks and coaching team members.
• Drive On‑Time Delivery (OTD) performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in real time.
