Summary Job Summary The Workplace Violence Prevention Program Coordinator oversees the Workplace Violence Program to ensure compliance and oversight for EPCHD. Plans and implements security-related training for associates and medical staff regarding matters of safety and security. Facilities training courses which include programs such as De-Escalation, Workplace Violence Prevention, in-services, security officer competencies, Environment of Care, security drills, and New Associate Orientation. Minimum Job Requirements: Work Experience: Three years of progressive experience in workplace violence prevention, healthcare security, public safety, emergency management, or a related field; preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. License/Registration/Certification: Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Valid class C Texas Driver License.
