Job Summary

The Program Director is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and development of the OEC programs at Kandalore. The role includes supervision of staff, program planning, logistics management, and direct communication with visiting groups to ensure a high‑quality experience. The role continues year‑round, with additional responsibilities during the shoulder seasons. The Program Director oversees the daily operations of the OEC programs, ensuring an organized and engaging experience for participants.
