West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre (WSNCC) offers neighbourhood programs and services designed to enhance the well‑being of people in the context of their community, culture and environment. By way of an adaptive service framework, the Centre fosters social interaction and mutual aid, personal growth, mental and physical health, environmental education and awareness, self‑help and community participation. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with the Operations Manager to support the activities of the Children & Youth Services, Youth Justice Services, Employment/Skills Development, Family Resource Centre, and Seniors Services divisions. The role requires a strategic, dynamic leader with a growth mindset, high integrity, and a strong ability to build cohesive, mission‑driven teams.
