Program Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
- English proficiency 90%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 7 years experience in customer service/program management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understanding of shipment processes, methods and Incoterms.
- Flexibility to take calls or meetings outside standard work time.
Responsibilities
- Manage OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
