Job Purpose:
As a Partner Operations Manager Level III, you will play a critical role in facilitating and enhancing our vendor relationships, supporting vendor programs, and managing the lifecycle of products and services. You will be the go-to person for the sales teams, providing essential support in quoting, deal registration, pricing, and up-selling opportunities. Your expertise in vendor programs, pricing structures, and product knowledge will be invaluable in driving revenue growth and ensuring the smooth execution of partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor programs, building strong and lasting relationships with multiple-tier vendors.
Works closely with management in order to resolve escalated issues with customers pertaining to supplier orders and quotes as needed.
