This role will serve as the focal point between the client and the company for program development. The incumbent will oversee the department's operations, ensuring adherence to quality, cost-benefit, and delivery objectives. They will also efficiently manage the business unit's resources and forecast sales, expenses, human resources, and future equipment needs.
- Manage functions and align defined goals with production, quality, manufacturing, engineering, planning, and process management, according to company specifications, to supervise and evaluate continuous improvements within the assigned business unit.
