Program Manager, True North Sustainable Food Fund

This is a 21-month, full-time contract position ending March 31, 2028.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the launch and ongoing delivery of the multi‑million‑dollar grant funding program.
• Guide applicants through the application process via the SmartSimple platform, perform initial compliance screening and coordinate feedback.
• Support funded ultimate recipients with their environmental reporting requirements and act as primary liaison with CFIN’s contracted carbon accounting specialists to ensure accurate quantification of GHG reductions and other environmental metrics.
• Lead collaboration with CFIN’s ecosystem partners to provide wrap‑around support, mentorship, and investor readiness training to funded SMEs, maximizing their commercialization outcomes.
