We are looking for experienced metallurgists who are not only able to manage technical programmes, but who is also able and willing to grow the operational organization and mentor younger metallurgists.

You will work in Lima at the head office as well as at remote offices, mine sites and projects as required.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Planning, organization, supervision and execution of projects.

Identifies, analyzes and interprets the metallurgical factors relevant to the success of the overall project.

Meet objectives with maximal safety standards and maximum efficiency.

Project budgets and schedules are accurately prepared and monitored.

Operations, projects and laboratories are visited on a regular basis.

Always strives to further improvements.
