Requirements Key Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field. 23 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with Bhler automation systems. Working knowledge of WinCos. Hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider control systems. Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives, industrial communication networks, Human Machine Interface systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems, sensors, actuators, servo systems, and instrumentation.
